Building Control Submission
Our team are experienced with the stringent regulations plus the do’s and dont’s of space planning. Our conceptual designs will account for feasibility at the early stages to limit changes later down the line. Once space plans are developed we can obtain plan checks from a building control agent to check the finer details before construction takes place.
During the fit-out process, we will arrange pre-construction site visits and regular inspections throughout installation and final sign-off.
Planning
Where planning is required, Truline works closely with planning agents who can speed up the long wait for approval. They are experts within the field and well regarded by local councils who make the final decision, helping the process become smoother and more time efficient.
