Our design process, based on the RIBA design stages, will guide you through the journey from concept to handover and beyond.

We consider things holistically incorporating psychology, the senses, brand identity, technology, neurodiversity, sustainability, culture and so much more.
COLLABORATION
We also work alongside design agencies and architects to deliver their fit-out schemes. Our design team can support if required by adding detail to conceptual designs in preparation for delivery or producing technical manufacturing drawings to be crafted by our in-house bespoke manufacturing workshop team.
SURVEYING & CONSULTING
The start of every good interior design scheme is about listening. By gaining a clear understanding of your business, its challenges and company culture we can build a strong foundation for creating a strong design concept. Our experienced pre-construction team will visit to get to know you and the space you are looking to transform. At this stage, we will get an indication of budgets, spatial requirements, and feasibility, along with obtaining an understanding of your vision for the project. Our interior design team will create an existing floor plan to represent what is currently within the space as a starting point for the design.
SPACEPLANNING
Once the brief has been agreed, we will begin creating the conceptual space plan, which is a fundamental element of the interior design process. We will consider feasibility, flow and zoning, to create areas for rest and recuperation, collaboration and engagement, concentration and focus time, to suit a variety of needs and neurodivergent requirements, ensuring the experience, whether for customers, clients or the companies workforce, is the best it can be.
VISUAL & 3D RENDERS
As we all know detail is key to the success of a project. As part of the conceptual design phase, our skilled interior design team produces detailed designs and realistic visuals, including 3D renders, to bring the scheme to life and offer a clear picture of the designer’s vision.
MOODBOARDS
Technical illustrations are only part of the process when it comes to commercial interior design. A mood board is an interior designer’s creative canvas using a collection of images, textures and colour palettes. Using mood boards our interior design team spend time in the background exploring the marriage between fabrics and finishes, along with qualities such as sustainability and durability, to create the perfect scheme.
Digital mood boards are a great way for clients to see the collection of furniture and finishes carefully selected by our interior designers. That said, nothing beats the touch and feel of real fabrics in the flesh. Our team can collate a finishes board and present it to you in person to give you a realistic indication of how the finished scheme will look.
