Truline has a team of in-house project managers who are highly experienced. Our team will provide a proactive and positive experience for our projects with a robust management structure including MD, operations manager, Contracts Manager and Site manager.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CDM
Whether an end-user, looking for us to do a full project management fit-out and interior design service from concept to completion or a consultant architect , or the designer looking for a traditional contractor to deliver a scheme you can have every faith that will be there to support the delivery of the project no matter what stage. It can be daunting, costly and time-consuming, appointing individual, contractors.
Our experienced team has a wealth of knowledge and a range of skills. Any work that cannot be undertaken in-house is done so by a framework of sub-contractors that are vetted for quality and capability. Where sub-contractors are appointed we will ensure three quotes are obtained to guarantee competitive rates and best value.
A FOCUS ON COMMS
We understand that communication and reporting is a vital part of the project management process. Where preferred clients, or project partners may prefer to use their own reporting procedures. We look at each project on an individual basis, and as long as these procedures fall in line with regulations, we are comfortable using others documentations and systems to create a tailored and streamlined approach.
CDM EXPERIENCE
Our team has a depth of experience working under CDM requirements. There are two main duty holders. The principle designer, who has overall control over the designers and pre-construction phase, and the principle contractor oversees the contractors and construction phase.
