Put simply, the fit-out element is the skeleton of a scheme, and the FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) are the flesh on the bones. This category covers such things as tables, chairs, decorative lighting and accessories.
Following a conceptual design, our interior design team will commence with the careful selection of products to suit budget, sustainability goals, functionality and aesthetics aligned with the brief.
RESPONSIBLE SOURCING
We believe in a ‘shop local’ ethos and aim to procure products from local suppliers and manufacturers. Some of our supply partners offer local showroom and workshop visits to allow clients to see the quality of chosen products in person. Net Zero is on most business agendas, and through careful research, we have handpicked suppliers that offer a responsible approach to sustainability. Many of our manufacturers offer cradle-to-cradle products which can be recycled and repurposed into new products.
