Industrial fit out contractor, Truline, was appointed as the principal contractor to deliver the full refurbishment works to a large commercial property on Roundwood Drive, St Helens. Working with Roger Hannah, representing the landlord, Truline successfully delivered the project within a 8-week programme. The project faced several challenges, including removing an impropper mezzanine floor discovered during the works.
- Refurbishment of a large commercial building to provide office and warehouse space with internal and external storage solutions
