Industrial fit out contractor, Truline, was appointed as the principal contractor to deliver the full refurbishment works to a large commercial property on Kingsland Grange, Warrington. Working with WG building consultancy, representing both landlord and tenant, Truline successfully delivered the project within a 16-week programme. The project faced several challenges, including slab issues in the ground floor office requiring structural engineers’ design to overcome and reinstate, and managing a high number of suppliers and specialist contractors.
– Refurbishment of a large commercial building to provide office and warehouse space with internal and external storage solutions
– Bespoke design of large steel cladded structure within the existing warehouse space to provide a wash bay large enough to house a wagon
– Strip, asbestos removal, and remodeling works to the offices and new welfare/toilet areas
– New ceilings, partitions, and fire doors
– Mechanical & Electrical works, including new AC installation
– New flooring and decoration throughout
– Warehouse refurbishment, including new epoxy resin flooring
– External works, including bunded storage, new fencing, and landscaping
