Project: Hugh Baird Atrium

In Summer 2023, we were appointed as the **college refurbishment contractor** for Hugh Baird College to upgrade the Atrium/Mezzanine and library areas. Our design team collaborated closely with the college staff to understand their requirements and aspirations. Our goal was to infuse the space with vibrant colors and biophilic elements, creating a modern, visually appealing, and productive environment. The primary challenge was the swift mobilisation required to complete the project before the new term began.
The scope of works included:

– Specialist moss wall installation
– Lighting upgrades
– Breakout areas
– Bespoke furniture
– Large fish tank
– Signage
– Flooring
– Decoration
